Q: When do boxes ship?

A: Boxes currently ship the first week of the month following your subscription

Q: What if I have already read the upcoming book selection?

A: If you’ve already read the upcoming book, you have a few options.
1. email us at customerservice@peruseclub.com and request to receive a different club's shipment, or a single box

2. Skip the shipment at PeruseClub.com or on Cratejoy prior to the 15th of the month.

Q: Do you disclose the monthly book before shipments are sent out?

A: Yes! We reveal our book choices every month before the 15th. Books are revealed through email, so make sure you're signed up to receive ours!

Q: Can I receive a single box, or do I need to sign up for a monthly subscription?

A: We do offer some single-purchase boxes at PeruseClub.com. These are previous month’s boxes, or seasonal boxes. We do not offer single-purchase boxes of our current books, however you can cancel at any time! If you know you just want the single box you are welcome to cancel after placing your order, and you will only receive one shipment.

Q: When are single-purchase boxes mailed?

A: Single-purchase boxes are mailed within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping for the holidays?

A: Yes! This year we are happy to offer giftwrapping services. This service includes beautiful wrapping of all of the included box items, plus a holiday card (made by a small business) with your gift message. This is offered at $5.00 for monthly or 3 month prepays, and is free for 6 month or 12 month prepaid subscriptions.

Q: What if an item is missing or broken when I receive it?

A. If there are any problems with your box when it arrives, please let us know! Email us at customerservice@peruseclub.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: If I change my mind on a prepaid subscription, can I receive a partial refund?

A: No, we do not offer partial refunds for prepaid subscriptions. These plans are offered at a discounted monthly rate because you are agreeing to prepay for a certain number of months. If you are unsure about a prepaid plan, we recommend subscribing for one month to make sure before making a longer commitment. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do ship internationally. Prices may vary depending on your location, please enter your address at checkout to calculate. 

Q: When do subscriptions renew? Can I receive a refund? 

A: Subscriptions renew on the 15th. Please make any changes to your subscription prior to that date. Once an order has renewed, you will be set to receive the next box, and any cancellations, pausing, or skipping of your subscription will be implemented on the following shipment.

 Q: How can I contact you? 

A: Chat support is available to customers from 10:00am-5:00pm (pst). When chat is unavailable, please email us at help@peruseclub.com and someone will respond to you within 5 business days.
